The Personality Type Diet
Studies show that most of these diets — South Beach, Atkins, Ornish, Sonoma, Weight Watchers and Zone, in particular — do work if adopted and practiced strictly within a certain period of time. However, not everyone who subscribes to a diet reacts exactly or produces the exact same results as another. Some diets may work with one person but not for another. Obviously, from results of studies done on these various diets, there is no such thing as ‘one-diet-fits-all’. Each individual has his or her own ways of responding, whether positively or negatively, to a specific weight loss diet.
