The Medifast Diet
Medifast has been clinically proven and tested to get results. The program was designed to create a gap between the calories taken and the amount actually needed by the body. Each individual packet provides a nutritionally balanced meal replacement formulated to contain a combination of carbohydrates and protein that allows for successful weight loss without losing muscle. This is the process called ketosis which also helps eliminate physical hunger while providing good levels of energy. Medifast shakes provide over 10 grams of soy protein per serving which is considered the most in its category.
