The Beverly Hills Diet

The controversial Beverly Hills Diet authored by Judy Mazel is based on the principle of food combining commonly called 'Conscious Combining.'  Its promise to the dieter is weight loss of 10 to 15 lbs within 35 days achieved only if the dieter adheres strictly to the rules on eating specific foods at the same time or in a certain order daily.

To those who are averse to diets that require you to count the calories of each type of food that you eat and would prefer to follow a more structured menu plan, the Beverly Hills Diet is for you. This diet does not leave much room for creativity as it tells you directly what to do for each day, each meal and everything else that pertains to the diet.
